Remote Assistance for current clients

 

You must be prompted by 180 Networks to visit this page and use this remote connection method. If you have not been prompted by 180 Networks staff, this will not work and no one will answer your support request.

How to use :
Click on the 'Connect' button below and follow instructions.

SOME CONNECTION ISSUES WITH WINDOWS VISTA:
Please let us know if you are running Vista before attempting to connect.

Click to Connect for Internet Assistance

  • You will be prompted to download a small (177kb) piece of software.
    Click 'Run' and then 'Run' again.
  • You should now be presented with a box that has the 180 Networks logo. In the left side of the dialogue box use the line stating "DOUBLE CLICK HERE for Internet support".
  • Click the line of text with the above text and allow any prompts from your firewall or Anti-virus products. This may or may not be presented to you depending on your specific software and Windows installation.

This method of remote assistance does not permanently install any software on your computer. It will not allow 180 Networks to access your computer after the process is completed. In order for 180 Networks to access your computer in the future this process must be completed again.
